Chad DeMasi is a top producing real estate professional who works with buyers and sellers in the Yolo County and the West Sacramento and Davis markets. In his nearly 15 years of service, Chad has made an indelible impression on the local real estate scene, and he has been voted the #1 agent in Yolo County every year since 2007, and he was named a Top 1000 Agent in the U.S. in 2016.

 

Real estate is a family affair for Chad, as his parents, Mona and Frank DeMasi, have been long-time Sacramento-area agents working alongside Chad for many years.
