To real estate professional Rae Osborne, real estate isn’t just a job — it’s a lifestyle. Buying or selling a home is a monumental decision that is often accompanied by extreme emotions. From the pure joy of buying a house to the bittersweet feelings of selling a longtime family home, Rae works hard to support her clients through every step of their journey.
Originally from the South Bay Area, Rae relocated to attend the University of California, Davis. After graduating, she spent 10 years in the tech field working as a semiconductor production engineer. Her interest in real estate blossomed over the years, and she obtained her license in 2004. Since that time, she has worked in both sales and transaction management, and these dual roles gave her a keen understanding of all the legal aspects of real estate transactions. Even the simplest of real estate activities involve regulations, rules, and red tape, and Rae’s expertise allows her to successfully navigate all the challenges associated with buying and selling.
While bureaucracy is certainly important in real estate, Rae is just as focused on her clients and their satisfaction. She prioritizes communication to create efficient and well-managed transactions. From considering a purchase to closing escrow, she maintains constant communication and guidance for her clients.
When she’s not touring homes and keeping up with the newest trends in the real estate world, Rae and her family enjoy the great outdoors. Residents of the Woodland–Davis area for over 20 years, they enjoy hiking and discovering all the amazing scenery and vistas of Northern California.
