As a Yolo County resident for over 40 years, real estate agent Phillip Gimenez is excited to help local residents find the perfect home to meet their needs.
 
Newly licensed in 2022, Phillip has an extensive history in the homebuilding and real estate industries, as he spent over two decades working in construction. Phillip has owned and operated his own electrical company for over 10 years, and he held a contractor’s license from 2004 through 2016. His in-depth knowledge about home construction and maintenance, combined with his customer service skills from years of business ownership, makes him the perfect agent to assist homebuyers of Yolo, Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, Solano, and Colusa counties.
 
Phillip’s jump into the world of real estate was inspired by his wife, Ashley, who is also a real estate agent. Working alongside her over the years showed him what it takes to facilitate a successful transaction. He also learned what it takes to become an outstanding agent. He is honest, loyal, hardworking, and driven to achieve top results. Phillip holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Heald College and utilizes his technology skills to further aid his clients through effective marketing and communication.
 
In his free time, Phillip enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. His interests include baseball, football, basketball, and hunting, and he volunteers with several local sports organizations. Phillip is a Little League baseball coach and has volunteered with Woodland’s basketball and softball leagues as well as the Woodland Christian Boosters. He also enjoys completing home projects and remodels.
