For more than twenty years industry veteran Andrew Skaggs has established himself as a local real estate expert, having owned and sold homes in the Davis/Yolo County area where he was born, raised, and where he continues to live and work, which these days is as a founder of The Skaggs Group real estate company that he runs with his daughter, Allison Skaggs-Cuevas. In fact, he’s such a local he has never moved more than 15 miles away from his hometown of Winters, CA.
 
It’s no wonder Andrew runs his agency with his daughter, as real estate has always been a family affair for Andrew, whose parents were also in the business. As an agent, Andrew has built a solid reputation for delivering unparalleled customer service. Along with his considerable talents as an agent, Andrew brings a rich knowledge of local neighborhoods, architecture, and local tax laws to his business, and he has experience in all aspects of flipping homes.
