Get to Know Me

A native of Dixon, CA who now call Davis home, Allison Skaggs-Cuevas founded The Skaggs Group with her father, real estate veteran and investor Andrew Skaggs, as a way to bring exceptional real estate service to home buyers in the Yolo and Solano County markets. Real estate is in Allison’s blood, as her grandparents were also active in the industry, and she credits her family background and an appreciation for architectural design for drawing her into the business.
 
Allison specializes in working with first-time home buyers, investors, and retirees, and she considers it an honor to help her clients, especially those with newborns or small children, through such a monumental achievement as home ownership. With two young children of her own, Allison is able to help parents understand and navigate the myriad of local school choices and the housing associated with school district boundaries.
 
Allison’s close relationship with the local real estate community allows her to leverage a robust network with area agents and vendors, something that brings even greater value to her clients, as does the National Association of Realtors® Green Designation she earned in 2018
 
A former high school English and Psychology teacher, Allison is an advocate for children and adults with developmental disabilities. When not serving clients, she spends her free time bonding with family, reading, home organization and design, traveling, swimming, basketball, and enjoying farm to fork cuisine.
